About "Paskin" Skin Mesotherapy

 パスキン

Skin mesotherapy—injecting growth factors, nucleic acids, hyaluronic acid, and other agents directly into the skin—started with Dr. Torgeman in France and at La Prairie, a VIP clinic in Switzerland. In Korea it is widely known as “water-glow injection” or “salmon injection.”

In Japan, it is commonly known as water-glow injection or skin mesotherapy, and Matsui Clinic’s specially formulated blends are highly rated for their effectiveness.

Pasukin uses micro-needles specifically designed for correct intradermal injection. The device is Japanese-made and certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

At Matsui Clinic, extremely fine 34G needles are used, allowing delicate technique with precise control of injection points, depth, and pressure, even on curved or uneven surfaces.

What is PDRN?

PDRN is a type of fragmented nucleic acid.

When it binds to the A2 purinergic receptor on fibroblasts, it acts as a signaling molecule, promoting the secretion of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), which stimulates angiogenesis and wound healing.

It also acts on various stem cells, osteoblasts, and chondrocytes, promoting the secretion of multiple growth factors.

Additionally, because it serves as raw material for new DNA, it contributes to improved cellular metabolism efficiency.
